The dress was in much poorer condition than it appeared from the listing pictures and description (e.g. it had a purple pen mark on the front and yellow staining on the pockets which weren't mentioned). However, I contacted the seller about the condition and requested a refund of half my money, which the seller agreed to. She wasn't able to refund the full amount right away, but refunded a portion immediately, and the remainder the following week. I now feel that I paid a fair amount for the dress considering its condition, and I thank the seller for being so cooperative in resolving the issue.
