Though I admit on my part some complications happened that caused me to delay sending their item, they intentionally refused to go to the post office to retrieve the item, and it was sent back to me. I apologized profusely, and I politely offered the buyer partial refund for the delay (on an already significantly reduced price item) and offered to resend it. The buyer did not communicate, and instead of replying left me negative feedback. It does in fact say on my sales listing that I work 2 jobs and have a hard time shipping quickly. Some understanding should have been had.
