I had her keep an item on hold for me but I didn't complete the purchase in the end due to personal reasons. She's been very polite and correct, answering promptly and explaining her reasons. I can't really speak of the condition of the item neither of the dispatch time since I didn't complete the transaction - however, I'd definitively buy again from her and I'd recommend her as seller, since my case was handled rapidly and with fairness.
