Hi, I am very sorry that you felt your time are wasted. But I don't understand why would I get negative feedback just for being open and honest. First, you can easily check the original price of the Angelic Pretty Chocolate Rosette Salopette Wine + Head Bow + OTKs online or I can show you the photos of the price tags, they are originally over $270. I listed for $160 because yes I made a mistake, so I sent you a message right away and I had apologized for that. So I relisted for $220 which is still a great deal. And you don't have to buy them if you just want to pay $160 for something that is originally $270, that's fine too, then you should not decide to purchase them again at the beginning. Unfortunately, when I was packing the dress after you made the second purchase, I found some scratches on the dress. Of course, I emailed you right away and am more than welcome to offer a full refund since I did not find out this when made the listing. I had also apologized in the email. So you would rather I lie to you and just send you the dress in that condition?? Later, I was able to fix all the scratches perfectly so I emailed you, asked you if you still wanted them, if not, it's totally fine too. I relisted the dress and all the photos are how exactly the dress is looking currently, with no scratchers at all. I was very polite and open and tried to be very honest throughout the whole conversation. I seriously don't understand why is that negative for a seller to be responsible for their buyer.
