Jacket was just as described except for a small imperfection where the thread had broken from the back bow securing it down. She gave a small refund after I let her know! Communication was excellent, she was very polite and she kept me updated. Dispatch time was prompt and packaging was perfect (box with the garment neatly folded in plastic). Excellent seller, would buy from again!
