After sending an invoice through PayPal she told me that her PayPal account was limited and she would send me payment via eCheck. I waited for the check to go through and be put into my PayPal account but after a few days the check was denied by her bank. I waited to receive any sort of contact from her but after over a week I was forced to message her and inform her that I would have to cancel the sale. This interaction took place over a span of two weeks and in the end I was never paid for the dress.
However, she was very friendly and polite when responding to messages but the lack of communication when payments fell through and the fact that she was unable to pay for the dress in the end has led me to leave negative feedback.

She wanted to purchase this dress and after a few weeks with no payment I messaged her and she explained she was having problems with her bank. I told her just to keep me posted... Well that was a month ago so I canceled the payment and looking at her other feedback she just seems very shady or just isn't very money savey.

I had to cancel the order on 8/30/16 due to problems with payment. I sent her the invoice on 7/9/16. The initial e-check payment had delays processing and then was rejected in late July. The buyer was going to try working out issues with their bank, so I extended her payment deadline until mid August. Unfortunately, it did not work out, and I ended up selling to another buyer.
However, throughout this process, the buyer was fairly communicative and responsive to my messages.

The buyer initially tried to pay using a PayPal eCheck, but it failed due to her bank flagging the transaction as suspicious. I recommended she transfer money to the PayPal account and pay from there, which she said she would do, but since then 2 weeks have gone by with no payment and no response to any of my messages. I was hopeful that this buyer would follow through, because she previously requested a hold on some of my items and followed through with paying for those, but it seems she's backed out this time. Sellers, be aware of this buyer; she's one who requires a world of patience to deal with, and even then you may be disappointed. Buyer bought this item 7/13, I invoiced her right away and she messaged me 7/14 to says that she'll pay soon but that she was having problems with payments lately and that she needed to contact her bank first and wasn't sure when she'll have time since she's been busy with work. I told her that's fine, I'm not in a rush and to keep me posted. It's now August and I sent her a message 8/1 and have yet to hear a response. I checked her profile and it seems she has made 5 purchases since my invoice on 7/13 so seems like she wasn't having that much problem with her bank. If she had notified me about not wanting the item anymore, I would have gladly re-listed and moved on but lying to me is very unprofessional and not appreciated.

Update:
I wrote the above before she responded and was giving her a few days to see if she does respond. So as a courtesy, I sent a message to say I was going to leave a bad feedback and she actually responded, apologized and recognized that there is no excuse for her actions. This is surprising to me because usually people just disappear so I'm leaving neutral feedback because it takes a lot for someone apologize and recognize when they did something wrong. I genuinely appreciate that so going to leave this as a neutral feedback rather than a negative one.

Buyer requested a hold but paid before the payment date and kept up communication! I ran into a few unexpected delays when it came to shipping but she was very understanding! I could not ask for a better buyer!
