After the sale the buyer found the following stains and sent 4-5 messages in a row, I saw the messages apologized to her immediately, and offered a solution.
(1) return the dress and refund the FULL price and I will pay the shipping cost or
(2) refund 85usd
(And she said she needs at least 150usd and don’t want to return the dress to me.)
As I wanted to settle the matter as soon as possible, I paid her 150usd on the same day.
And I received a bad review and she stated that she only received about 100usd and in fact she received a total of 150usd which is not true. In addition she said I was dishonest and thought I was hiding the condition of the dress, if I had deliberately hidden the condition of the dress I would not have offered to pay for the shipping and return the full amount at the beginning.
I did my best to resolve the situation after it happened, but she didn't seem satisfied. It was horrible and I will NEVER do business with her again.
Finally, she kept emphasising in her comments that there were a hundred huge stains,photos she sent to me:

Except for a certain area at the end of the jsk where the stains are obvious, Other stains seem to require close examination under a microscope before they can be called ''HUGE''.

I was really looking forward to getting this dress but I'm disappointed, it arrived covered in animal and human hair, the buttons and sewn-on bow almost falling off, and disposable sweat patches still attached to the dress and smelling of sweat
