The dress is in the stated condition. I was cautious when opening as it came stuffed in a padded envelope, but I'm glad I was as it was not sealed in anything inside the envelope. Therefore, had I been less careful, I would have cut the dress for sure with no wiggle room. The package was shipped USPS Parcel Select Ground. I'm not familiar with that, and can't seem to verify the cost, but it did come with tracking, so there's that. Anyway, it arrived and it's in good shape so overall fine, but I didn't feel right not saying anything.
