Fast communication and lovely item as described. The only minor issue was I had to explain that adding paypal charges after the item was bought was not permitted, but that was happily accepted for future reference :)

The dress was in good condition, but had been altered which wasn't mentioned in the listing and the matching headbow/KC that was supposed to come with it wasn't in my package.
