Shizumasa was very communicative, prompt, and kind. They reached out when the package was delayed on USPS's end, just to ensure I saw it had been delayed. They also included adorable washi tape and a note pad in the package which was so sweet! This was my second purchase from them and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
