The buyer asked for a refund via a Paypal claim but was unable to provide proper proof of their claims to the item condition. Paypal has decided the case in my favor and the funds were released back to me. I do not recommend doing any sort of transactions with this person. [MOD edit: PayPal claim was opened by buyer due to lack of response, proof of damage given after the claim was opened, PayPal ruled that dress had to be mailed back for full refund, buyer wants to keep the dress instead]
