Overall positive, dress was mostly as described and came promptly and safely. The only thing was that some of the buttons on the adjustable straps were missing, but buttons fall off clothes all the time, and since this was marked as used and was at a clear markdown, I knew what to expect. Buttons can easily be replaced and I plan to do that! I'll definitely buy from them again if I see something else I like. Thank you!! 💞

Item was described "Like new" condition but arrived missing the waist bow and with several stains. Seller promptly shipped the bow (they forgot to include it) and gave a partial refund for the stains. They were quick to respond and eager to make sure I was happy with the transaction.
