Buyer purchased a dress that was marked as having minor damage, pilling and described in the post as being in used condition. When the dress arrived to then they contacted me stating that the dress wasn’t in “good condition” (a claim made absolutely nowhere in the sales post) and requested a refund for “undisclosed damages”. It was clear that they either misread or didn’t read the sales post and they admitted this in a follow up message. I offered a refund for the dress if they shipped it back to me. They insisted I refund them for the full price of the dress and cover all of the shipping costs. They became incredibly hostile and aggressive very quickly and threatened to contact the mods and file a Paypal dispute if I didn’t do exactly what they wanted.
Ultimately, both parties contacted the mods and a Paypal dispute was opened. Paypal had them return the dress for a refund and I did not pay for their return shipping, which was what I had been offering to do all along.
Between their first message to me and the feedback they left for the sale, their description of the dress *completely* changed. For example, they went from claiming the dress had undisclosed “minor fading” to “extreme fading” and that the disclosed pilling went from “light pilling” to “extreme pilling”. Their claims of the bow and dress being completely different colors are entirely fabricated. Their proof photos have the bow sitting in shadow and the dress in light, but even then there doesn’t appear to be an actual color difference. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and even double checked the dress after it was returned under multiple light sources. There is no color difference.
They also repeatedly tried to intimidate me out of leaving negative feedback for this interaction by threatening to “go to the mods”. I believe they thought this tactic would work because of their high feedback.
This was the most bizarre experience I have ever had buying or selling on any platform and I would never sell to or buy from this individual again as they are incredibly dishonest

The item was in absolutely perfect condition, still in the plastic. The print was vibrant and cute, and the price was really reasonable. This seller is super nice, too. I definitely plan to buy from them again in the future!
