Initially communication was great during the payment process. They were kind and responsive. I was told tracking would be provided shortly. Item took over a month to arrive and I did have to reach out this seller in order to get tracking, after some time had past since I was worried with no updates. Unfortunately there was issues with shipping outside of the Seller's control, so they went with a different shipping service and were able to get the item to me. I was impressed they went above and beyond,, just wish that would have been communicated sooner. The item did arrive wrapped nicely and after airing it out, it's perfect! I say this only for those who are scent sensitive. I would shop from this seller again, just keep in mind that items could take a month to arrive if you're outside of their country.
