Was incredibly patient with me despite all my problems that kept me from paying on time and even gave me little trinkets when it turned out something was wrong with the shoes. I didn't expect top quality but I'm happy I purchased them because they have plenty of life left in them. A wonderful seller, would definitely buy from again!

[ALTERED BY MODERATOR] After confirming the location of the buyer, i sent the invoice. buyer did not pay via listed Lacemarket PayPal address, and instead sent me payments from a different PayPal account.
his item came to $6 and the shipping estimate was $10. i should have been able to fit the item in a small flat rate box ($6) but included the extra $1 in case i needed a bigger box so the headbow would not be squished in the packaging.
On the original listing, the shipping estimate was $8-$10, so the final cost should not have come as a surprise to the buyer. After confirming the shipping address, i invoiced this user for $16.
instead of paying my invoice, sent to her listed Paypal email on LM, this user sent me unsolicited payments from a separate PayPal account that i did not recognize. the first payment she sent was for $5, "because the shipping was 10.00 a bit steep, i a gave 5.00 which is more accurate for shipping , hope thats ok :)". the second payment was $6, to cover cost of the item.
i immediately refunded these payments and asked her to pay the original invoice. she then sent me a third unsolicited payment from this separate email when i told her the shipping cost was accurate. i refunded this as well and told her again to pay the original invoice.
she then told me that her bank was holding her refund and she could not pay the $16 original invoice. i told her to pay by end of day on March 10th and gave most of today, March 11th for her to pay as well. she did not pay so i have assumed she is backing out of the transaction, and i no longer feel comfortable selling to this user.
