This seller took off the chains and carefully packaged them separately so they would not be damaged. The hat had a lot of wrap to keep it safe and it kept it's shape wonderfully in transit.

The seller would gladly hold this for me for a couple of days, before I was able to pay. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition! It did however have a really strong perfume smell to it, but it's already starting to fade so it's OK. Top seller, would recommend! A+++
