Communication was excellent, very prompt and polite. Dispatch time was very quick within a couple days after payment. Postage charges were reasonable and she refunded the remainder ($8.50). Thank you so much! The only issue I had was the shoes were not actually a size L, but a size M. They were in great condition as pictured, just too small. I wish she had tried to measure the shoe instead as the box has the wrong size. I'm a size 24.0 normally so I had expected they would fit. Otherwise an excellent seller, I would still buy from again.
