Skirt was as described except for a few marks on the front of the skirt. When I mentioned this she was very polite and gave me options for a resolution. Therefore communication was excellent, prompt and polite. Dispatch time was prompt, but difficult to tell as PayPal is having issues sending out emails for tracking (this seems to be common with other sellers I've bought from). Postage charges were included (first class shipping). It was packaged inside a plastic envelope with no additional layer. Unfortunately USPS cut/tore through it so the skirt was exposed. Luckily it didn't suffer any damages. Overall a good seller, I would still buy from again.
