Payment Policy All prices and invoices are in USD. Payment by Paypal (verified and confirmed address only). Payment must be made within a reasonable amount of time (unless otherwise agreed upon). If it has been over a week with no response, I will cancel the sale and leave negative feedback. Item Condition and Allergens All items are stored in a smoke-free home. I do have a domestic short-hair cat so please beware of allergens. All sales are final, refunds will be made in extenuating circumstances only. If you experience a problem, please contact me! I will do my best to help you. Shipping Shipping will be in a flat rate box, unless otherwise requested (other packaging can reduce the shipping fee). International Shipping International shipping can be reduced if the item is not packaged in a box (by request only). Tracking and/or insurance is required. I will not mark down packages. Please realize if the package is lost, the post office will only refund me the declared value and Paypal will not side with me as a seller. Because there are many ways for the buyer to get their money back in this case, and no options for the seller, I cannot mark down packages.
