From 2005 this is the Pinky Street p:chara figure from Gunslinger Girl, Henrietta. This comes with the Japanese language manga vol 4 drawn and written by Yu Aida that was issued with her. This was carefully stored in my non-smoking home. Pinky:st were a series of vinyl figurines designed by modeler Yuki Kanaya (BABY sue) for GSI which have interchangeable parts and popular with modelers. They stand 4 inches tall. I verified that this set is accurate and legit using the My Figure Collection website and Pinky-Street site.
