This is a cosplay of Sugihara Manami's school uniform from Shiraizaka High School (白井坂高校), from Sentimental Graffiti, a 90s dating sim game on the Sega Saturn. It was tailor made and made of excellent, high quality TR fabric. It is not the cheap shiny polyester fabric.
Cream base with a V shaped hem, blue sailor collar and blue lines on the sleeves. The top is lined. Comes with a sakura lapel pin and a red necktie/bowtie. Cleaned and there are no flaws.
