The amount excludes any service fees from Wise or Paypal that may apply. Customers should be prepared to cover higher shipping fees for heavy items. Please note that all shipping fees are strictly non-negotiable. 2. Shipping Method: Pos Malaysia EMS (Express Mail Service): This is the faster option with an estimated delivery time within 21 days. International Air Parcel: Estimated delivery time is within 28 days. This option is slightly cheaper than EMS and is suitable for those who aren't in a rush to get their order. The tracking number will be provided to the customer upon shipment. Please note that the estimated delivery time is only an estimate and is referenced from previous international shipments. 3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees: Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country. It is the customer's obligation to be aware of and settle any such charges associated with the import of the purchased items. 4. Additional Shipping: Any extra charges (e.g., storage or re-delivery fees) are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, transportation issues, customs clearance delays) or other events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly. 5. Loss Package Disclaimer: We will not be responsible for any loss packages during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to track and ensure the successful delivery of their order. In case of any issues, customers are required to contact the courier service directly and not us. 6. Payment Method: We prefer Wise as the payment method for its slightly lower conversion fees compared to PayPal. Customers are encouraged to use Wise for a more cost-effective transaction. QR payment is acceptable as well. 7. Return and Refund Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the customer has received and opened the item, regardless of whether it is unused. All sales are final. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and conditions before making a purchase. Customers are responsible for collecting their packages from the chosen courier in the event of an unsuccessful delivery. Resending the item requires customers to cover the postage fee. Failure to respond promptly in this matter will result in no refund due to negligence. We want to emphasize the significant time and effort we invest in processing and fulfilling orders, packaging, and shipping. These tasks require dedicated resources, and once an order is placed, these resources are committed. It becomes impractical for us to offer refunds once the order processing has started. 8. Package Collection Responsibility: In the event of unsuccessful item delivery, customers are responsible for collecting their packages from the post office within 7 days. If the recipient fails to claim it within the specified timeframe, the courier will return the item to our address. In such cases, customers are required to pay the postage fee for resending. Non-response, even after our attempts or contact from the post office, will not result in a refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. 9. Item Descriptions and Condition: Please note that colors may appear differently on screens, and we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy. Additionally, the condition of items will be clearly stated in the product description. Customers are encouraged to review these descriptions thoroughly before confirming their purchase. 10. Miscellaneous Pretty Heuss reserves the right to modify, alter, add, or remove sections of these Terms of Sale at any given time. By purchasing our items, you agree to our terms of sale.
