Yuri Katsuki jacket from Yuri! On Ice. I bought it close to 5 years ago, so I'm unsure which cosplay site it is from. It's only been tried on but has been out of packaging since.
The size is listed as XXL, but this is most likely Asian sizing. As someone who is 18/20, the jacket does not even sit comfortably without the zipper zipped, so sizing is probably most suitable for 12-14.
