After asking for a shipping quote, she asked me to wait a week before relisting the auction so she would have enough money to buy it. I waited, and the post office increased their shipping prices during that time. I told her about this and still offered to send it at the lower shipping rate and I would cover the rest of the shipping out of pocket (About $20). She replied saying she just realized customs cost would be $150, so she backed out of the sale.
She was polite during communication so I'm sorry to leave neg feedback but it's frustrating to have her back out at the end and I don't want other buyers to waste their time.
