Seller first tried to charge me the PayPal fees, which is against LM and PP's TOS. When I pointed this out they sent a new invoice but since I was asleep for most of the time the invoice was active, they cancelled it overnight for some reason. They didn't answer my message that I sent about five minutes after the cancellation and when I asked again later they said they've sold the skirt to someone else. I would not recommend this seller.
