Blouse never arrived. I sent the buyer multiple messages and didn't get a response on here so I opened a case on PayPal. The seller offered a partial then never sent the refund. The situation could have been handled better by the seller in my opinion. The only positives from the transaction were the dispatch time and the shipping charges.
