BUYER BEWARE seller will not ship the item!! I have been using Lace Market for years no issues, this is my first bad experience on this site. On 12/24/24 I purchased the invoice for the item and received initial communication from the seller, but after a week I had not received tracking or any update from the seller. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was the holidays but they had not replied to any messages I had been sending them over LM. I moved my messages to Paypal and the seller still would not reply to my messages asking about the item. I gave the seller a lot of time as I understand things happen and let them know if they just communicated with me about the dress I would be happy. I took weeks to escalate to Paypal because I was hoping they would send this dress. After 3 weeks of no replies to my messages, I saw another poor review for the seller and decided to just request a refund as this is a pattern. Overall I'm very disappointed as I wanted this dress and I trusted the seller's other good reviews even though they haven't been on Lace Market long. Please don't buy from this seller.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was so excited to get this dress and the seller sent the invoice promptly. I was not prepared to have the worst experience I've have on this website in the 11 years I've been in this fashion. The seller never shipped the dress. I messaged them politely (filled with anxiety) a number of times, after my first message all of the other messages were left on "unread." I was left with no choice to open a PayPal dispute since the seller went completely MIA and I had not received tracking information or the dress. I also saw recent negative feedback from another buyer around the same time I purchased the dress so I decided to message them as well. Turns out, this seller did the exact same thing to them except they eventually shipped their item while the seller never shipped my purchase. As of today, I escalated the matter to PayPal representatives because even with messaging through PayPal, they ignored me. I let the seller know multiple times that if they shipped the dress and gave me tracking information this would be completely resolved. Nope. PayPal approved my refund in under 30 minutes because of all the dated screenshots I had. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. SELLER. I'm guessing they made this one month old account because maybe they had a previous account that stacked up negative feedback?? I don't know. But this experience has been anything but pleasant and I'm just happy that I got my money back.

The blouse came in beautiful condition. And that’s about the only thing that went well with this transaction. Communication was awful from the start. I gave them the benefit of a doubt initially as i did purchase this between Christmas and New Year’s but after new years the communication got absolutely no better. I’d actually go as far to say it got worse. They either lied about when they dropped it off at the post or their office screwed up but the purchase was made on 12/25/24, I received a tracking number to a prepaid label on 1/6/25 when they said they planned to ship and the package didn’t say it had been received by usps till 1/14/2025 after two messages and a weeks wait for a response. I want to give them again the benefit of a doubt and say it was an issue with the office but the other factors of this transaction give me some doubts. And the shipping cost. My blouse came to me in a flat rate priority bubble mailer. Shipping cost 9.80. What was i charged? 15. So i was overcharged for shipping to top the whole thing off. The entire ordeal was a three week long process. Never purchasing from this seller again. I would have been better off buying this blouse new.
