Seller didn't notice dome damage on the skirt and withheld the item from shipping. She asked if I wanted to cancel the item or to get $20 off. I cancelled the item and it took a week to get my money back.

I bought this JSK on the 28th of June.
The seller was slow to send the invoice, and I pmed her to remind her. Invoice was paid, a little while later I got the tracking information.
Everything was well until the package left customs, and then tracking stopped, which I understand isn't usual so I wasn't too worried.
However after nearly 50 days of no trackinh updates and no package, I admitted that it had probably gotten lost.
I pmed the seller asking to inquire and if a refund would be given.
After a few days with no response I took it to paypal. It was prehaps nearly two weeks before I got a response stating that there has been an issue with the post and that my jsk was being shipped a slower method (without the seller being aware). I was offered a full refund of the shipping cost.
About two months, slightly more, after it was shipped my package arrived, completely opened, the dress wrinkled and scuffed.
This was most like due to careless customs, so I contacted the seller asking for a refund for the shipping and the damage.
after quite some time i finally receive my asked for refund today and the paypal case was closed.
While the shipping concern was out of the seller's contol, the lack of consistant and frequent communication made this more much difficult than it should have been.
I'm satisified with the outcome but I can't say I'd whole heartedly reccomend this seller.
