I am not sure if this is normal but the hems are folded upward and would not go down even with steaming (the buyer just says it needs "a little ironing" but I feel like it is more serious than that). There is also the general feeling of wear and I think the buyer did not disclose that. Nonetheless, overall the buyer is fast and very responsive.
