I was a little disappointed when the skirt did not arrive as described by the seller - it was missing a charm and the seller did not disclose that. I reached out to the seller to show my friendly attitude to solve the problem, but the seller refused to solve it. Instead, they aggressively stated that it was not their fault that the charm was missing. They said I was picky but I believe that the charm was big enough to ask for a partial refund. Overall, this negative rating was not for the missing charm but for the attitude of the seller.
