This is a message for sellers planning to do trade with this buyer. This buyer bought a $25 (+$5 shipping) item from me. Here are the buyer’s original comments for this sale: “I am dearly thankful for the socks they very beautiful also they are a amazing fit and very plus size friendly. Though I am disappointed that the listing terms of condition could be better. If you plan to not make payments on small items like jewelry or socks maybe be more descriptive about it. Because I found very misleading yes I have read the terms and conditions and you putting. " I don't do payments for that item" Doesn't help please more general about not doing payments on small items. And list items you don't payments on. You know what that can do somebody seriously?! I was convinced I was able to make payments on it but no very disappointing. Also thank you for washing the but sorry to tell you the soap you used was really cheap and raunchy so I had to rewash my socks thank you. Also those who are buying from this seller don't let them wash the items you buy. Laundry detergent is not eco friendly and very cheap smell too would not recommend it's bad. Sorry but I regret paying for this so I hope there better things and blessings to you hope you can understand.”
It was my indeed fault that I did not specify that I do not accept a payment plan for this particular item as I thought no one would need it. However, I did specify in my terms of sale that a buyer who wishes to do a payment plan must message me and confirm with me before the purchase, which the buyer did not. Upon the buyer’s inquiry about the payment plan after the purchase, I did say that I do not accept payment plans for this item and the buyer agreed to pay in full. The buyer made the payment on time, which I appreciated. However, this has become the buyer's point to give me a neutral review, even though the buyer had already agreed to pay in full.
The item bought by the buyers is a pair of socks that has been tried on once. I explained the condition in my description and mentioned that I could wash the item before shipping. The buyer requested me to do so, so I cleaned the item before shipping using my regular detergent (free of charge). Yet in the comments, the buyer accused me of using cheap, non-ecofriendly soap. I think I did everything I could properly as a seller, and this buyer is asking way too much of me as a seller. If the buyer insisted that the item needed to be washed in a specific way, I would not even offer to wash the item in the first place.
If you are a seller reading this, I would advise you to do trades with this buyer at your own risk.
