There was some delays and confusion with the post office, seller was super diligent at contacting them to get it sorted and checking in with me afterwords. The seller was incredibly friendly, shipped quickly, and packaged the items with care. However I was really surprised by the condition of the dress and headbow when I received them. Without any disrespect, they were quite dirty and needed thorough handwashing and oxicleaning to remove the stains and smell. I wouldn’t have necessarily minded as much had I been prepared to receive it in this condition. I suggest the seller be more honest about the condition of their garments they are selling in the future, or at least give them a wash or dry clean before shipping.
