No payment after two weeks. Messaged and sent a Pay Pal request a day after purchase. No response for several days. Reached out by message. They stated their card was not working and they needed to work with the bank. I gave them seven days to reach out to the bank and requested updates. No response after eight days. Reached out. Buyer stated Pay Pal account was frozen. After not receiving payment after over two weeks, I cancelled the Pay Pal request.
