Seller had poor communication from the start. It took them almost a week to send an invoice which I paid quickly. I gave them two weeks to send the package and to update the shipping. When no shipping was being updated after the last correspondence was from two weeks ago, I messaged them through LM with no response for 3 days and opened a PayPal case. No updates were made on the case and I unknowingly picked up a UPS package which I did not open because I had to go on a business trip the following day and did not want whatever package to be sent back to the shipper. Little did I know it was the shoes. The seller comes around angrily saying I got her shoes in the mail and I checked the UPS shipping label which she finally gave to me so I had my husband open the package at home to confirm. I sent back the money as soon as possible and she still has the audacity to be mad and leave an angry review.
