Reliable buyer who made payment quickly after purchasing!
Reply back regarding the collar, I'm so sorry! I honestly didn't see any penmarks on the collar when sending as the dress is brand new and I've not tried it on even when it arrived. Maybe they could be already there when the dress came from Strawberry Witch. Again, apologies for the oversight but glad the marks can be cleaned off!
