I had some difficulty getting in contact with the seller as she was moving house when I won the dress, but she was very prompt once we connected. She sent me an extra pair of socks as an apology for the initial wait in communication, which was very kind!

Great seller! My dresses arrived quickly and everything went smoothly. A bow on the front was almost detached on the other dress, but I easily sewed it back. The other dress was a little wrinkled but it's fine. Overall very good experiences with her! Thank you.
