While buyer was responsive to messages, they requested that I send dress to an address not listed on PayPal. After several rounds back and forth, we could not come to a solution. I refunded and relisted the dress.

User took several days to respond to messages after purchase. They requested I ship to a different address than the one listed on PayPal, which I could not do as it voids PayPal’s buyer and seller protections. When I reached out offering possible solutions, they ghosted me. Sale was cancelled and refunded.
