Overall a good seller. The item was shipped promptly, the postage charges were fair. She communicated well and responded to all messages in timely and friendly fashion. Only issue I had was that the item was not accurately described. The listing said "Like New", and "Very Good", but when I received the dress, four of the embroidered bats had several broken stitches. They are noticeable damages, in my opinion, and should have been noted. Nonetheless, it was still a pleasant transaction.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative feedback for Kazmara. She paid the deposit for our layaway when the transaction began in August but has sent absolutely no other payments in 6 months. It was hard to get in touch with her but when I did I was told the next payment would be sent soon, but it never happened. After 4 months passed I had to find a new way to contact her since I hadn't heard from her at all. When I was finally able to get in touch with her, she told me she still wanted the dress and would send another payment soon. I have not heard from her since and unfortunately my messages are being ignored again. I don't know what else to do at this point other than leave feedback about what happened. It is frustrating that I was never given a clear answer that she didn't want the dress and instead was lead on/ignored for half a year.
