My hairclips arrived today and I love them! Thank you. There was just the tiniest but of fraying at the bottom of the ribbons but I was able to heat seal them with a candle flame. The transaction was great and turn-around time phenomenal!

Fast shipping, communicative seller. Really pretty bow. Was a little disappointed cause the barrette was missing a metal clip part that allows me to attach it to my hair, it fits really loosely and falls out right now. But it's super pretty and fast shipping.

Since Canada Post has changed one of their sending requirements, as I can no longer send letter items to the States as they have to be declared as a package, the one who did the job did it so poorly that it got sent back to me. I contacted the buyer what had happened and that no additional shipping was needed as it was the same price. I'm just thankful it got to the right destination and person. Communication is key. Do not hesitate to sell to!! A++++
