Seller was quick to communicate and was friendly and patient with me, which I appreciated as this was my first lacemarket purchase. Shipping was very reasonable considering covid, local holidays, and distance. The dress arrived exactly as described, and the seller even included some small gifts! Seller was really nice and the dress I bought was in perfect condition. The dress is like new as described. I chose DHL shipping but it took around 3 weeks the dress to arrive to Finland. Shipping was delayed because of the corona virus. I would recommend this seller. It was easy to make the purchase and seller was really friendly.

Dress was just as described. Shipping was quick, considering the pandemic's effect on international shipping, and came within the estimated time given by the tracking number. There was also an additional hairbow as a gift! Very pleased with this beautiful dress!

There was some problems with shipping as it shipped just before Covid shut down the ports.
But because of that the seller was very helpful and contacted the shipping company to make thing go more smoothly. She gave me updates whenever I asked. The package was actually returned at one point to her and she offered to ship it again at no charge.
It has now arrived in perfect condition and I would recommend the seller!
