Pretty good seller! Communication was polite and regular, and the item was lovely and exactly as described; they were even kind enough to ship it in the colorway I'd wanted. My only complaint, which is very likely the fault of the shipper/delivery, is that despite being shipped out quickly, the item did not arrive for over 10 days (I live one state over from where the item was shipped, so I don't know what caused the delay. Happily, it was resolved). Otherwise, thank you and I hope to work with you again!

Nice seller! Very friendly. Package arrived a bit dented but the item was in overall good condition and I do not think this was the fault of the seller but rather the people who handled the box during shipping. It's a very beautiful hat. Thank you!

Absolutely GORGEOUS hat!! 😍 only sad part is that the packaging was just a bag, so there was no protection (& no fragile label or a Do Not Bend label) and the hat was squished in the mailbox and was dented in a couple areas 😞 I hope I can fix it cause it's so pretty!!! ♡♡♡ I'm looking forward to wearing it, thank you so much ♡
