I am leaving this as neutral feedback because it seems petty to leave negative feedback over a $2 bid, but I will not be open to selling to this buyer again. Buyer placed the min bid on July 31st, winning the auction when it was over on August 7th. During that time there was no communication with me. When the auction ended I sent the payment request same day and buyer replied that they would not be paying until the following Wednesday (Aug. 13) -- This is against my TOS which is referenced all over the listing, I require payment within 48 hours of the auctions end or for an accommodation to be negotiated in advance of the sale. I explained this to the buyer and they said they understood. After 50+ hours of waiting on Aug. 9th, I sent one more reminder through paypal and messaged also through Lacemarket, extending the payment grace period and confirming that if payment wasn't received the sale would be canceled (per my terms). Today (Aug 11th) I received a reply from the buyer, stating again that they would not be paying until Wednesday the 13th. As such I have canceled the sale and will have to relist the item. I wish the buyer would have canceled in the first place after my terms were explained as it would have saved me a lot of time. I truly hope that whatever hardship this buyer is going through is resolved quickly.
