Seller did not ship until I filed a PayPal claim. They lied twice that they either had mailed it or would mail it that afternoon. They gave a false tracking number the first time. Seller also promised to refund the shipping and include a gift for the inconvenience, but neither happened. I would not consider buying from this seller again.

At first the transaction was going very well. But then the seller stopped communicating with me, I waited a week and after multiple messages I filed a claim and that's when I got a response. She explained that she was sick and would be sending me a free gift to make up for it (a chess story headbow with wrist cuffs) but only the headbow and one of the wrist cuffs arrived. Then while opening the package containing the dress I managed to cut a tiny portion of the waist ties because the dress was not in any protective wrapping. It was as described and very worth the trouble. But I don't think I'll be a repeat customer.
