The seller was very easy to communicate with, but the item was not in the condition described. The ribbons used to tie the headpiece around the chin have multiple yellow stains along the length of the ribbon, which look like makeup(?) and the ribbons have nicks and pulls in various places, not just one. Also, the headpiece has black pet hair on it.
These issues should have been disclosed in the listing, but they weren't. All the listing said was: "There is a slight nick in the ribbon that I wasn't able to photograph adequately, please let me know if you would like further photos. Otherwise it is in great condition."
Most of the stains came out after soaking in Oxyclean for a few hours, but there is still a pink stain from, I'm assuming, lipstick. Disappointing for sure.

I hate to be the first to leave negative feedback for this buyer, but on my policy listed in my Terms of Sale, it was clearly stated that after a buyer bids on my listings, buyers have 48 hours(2 days) to pay the invoice or contact me for a hold once I send it. However, I invoiced the buyer on Oct 13th. 24 hours gone by, and still no payment or hear from. I send a 24 hour notice to buyer via PayPal on Oct 14th, stating that she has 24 hours left to either pay the invoice or contact me or I would have to cancel the transaction and leave negative feedback as stated in my Terms of Sale. However, on Oct 17th(today), still no hear from or payment, as I have forgotten to initially cancel the invoice on the time I stated(Oct 15th), so transaction was cancelled, and therefor I had to leave this feedback. It seems like buyer is usually great with other transactions, so you may still be ok with doing a transaction with her.

The Item is as described and has no flaws and is really beautiful. The Postage charge was also really fair. Sadly there was no communication for a few weeks after payment and i had to write multiple messages and got no response until i opened a paypal claim. There i got my tracking number. Sadly the seller seems to have not read any previous message from me at all since i asked for some specifications for the declaration etc. I never got a reply on them either. Would recommend her only if you are ok with really slow communication.
