I knocked a star off of one rating because the dress had some staining on the skirt that was not disclosed in the listing. That said, once these issues were brought to her attention, Shattaga was very responsive and generous in her efforts to make it right. We ended up agreeing on a reduced price for the dress and dry cleaning took care of the stains. I'm very happy with this transaction - Shattaga is a wonderful seller and I def recommend her to everyone. <3
