Lovely seller <3 Communication wasn't my quickest experience her om LM but I am guilty of that myself as well. Seller was friendly and understanding all the way through. The coat came in the described condition (from home with pets but nothing a lint roller couldn't handle so I honestly don't mind), with some really lovely extra items. The fabric has a lot of creasing from shipping, so I'd recommend a slightly more spacious box another time, but no harm done. Thank you so much for selling this coat to me! Would totally buy again <3
