i bought a dress from this seller and they listed the dress as "like new" condition, but they didn't include in the description that there were missing waist ties and lace on the back of the dress and didn't show photos of the back either, only the front. I assumed they were going to be included because their reference link included waist ties/back lace, and it was listed as "like new". I backed out of buying because i didnt want to purchase if the dress had missing items, and I apologized for the misunderstanding, but they told me what i did was a waste of time, and left me negative feedback. The seller never once acknowledged that they listed their item incorrectly! I wasn't even going to leave any negative feedback because it could have been a mistake and i wanted to be understanding, but they left me negative feedback claiming im a bad buyer for backing out when THEY were the one that listed their item incorrectly! i wouldn't have bought their listing in the first place if they listed their item correctly and included that there were missing waist ties/ribbon.
