Dress was listed as worn once, like new. Took her four days after I completed payment to ship. Arrived with two major stains and two smaller stains on the front of the dress in very visible locations. One of the stains was so severe that it bled through to the lining. I wasn't able to ascertain the exact type of stain, but it looked like it was grease/oil based. Seller only was willing to offer either a $20 refund or the cost of dry cleaning. I had wanted to keep the dress, but I wasn't willing to pay $280 for what was a severely stained dress and not be certain if the stains were going to come out. Ended up sending it back to the seller, and the refund process was a nightmare. I had purchased handkerchiefs at the same time and in the same payment as the dress, and she couldn't figure out how to partially refund it. There was a $10 nonrefundable deposit as I had it on a payment plan, but she also kept $10 for shipping for the handkerchiefs, despite the dress being listed with free shipping. She initially just sent the refund as a payment as goods and services which took a significant fee. (~$16) I had to refund that payment, and wait for Paypal to give it back to her. I waited another five days after that, having had to ask twice about the status before having received my refund. All in all, I had a fairly negative experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller, and I certainly will not be dealing with her again.
