this buyer purchased a listing from me during a time where i had listed many things during closet cleaning. their item was missed during my initial shipment of recent purchases, so i reached out to let them know it was overlooked accidentally and to please confirm their shipping details. i was supposed to be out of state for only a few days, but ended up having to stay where i was due to a medical emergency. the buyer reached out via paypal and was responded to immediately with an explanation, an apology, and an offer for a full refund. the buyer ignored my message, opened a case against me, and then left negative feedback despite acting empathetic and receiving a full refund. i would not sell to this person again.
