Buyer messaged me prior to listing the dress to see if I still had it available, I noted that I did, but did not ship overseas and saw they were located outside the US. Buyer then purchased my dress when I relisted it, and asked if I could ship to a US address, I confirmed I could ONLY if it was the address on the PayPal account. I asked for their PayPal address and it took 24 hours to get a reply, and when I sent the invoice it took another 24 hours to get a reply to that even though I stated that I required payment with a day of receiving the invoice. When they finally replied they mentioned they had a financial emergency and asked for a payment plan, I replied that I didn’t offer payment plans at this time, and would be canceling the sale. I also noted their PayPal address was still outside of the US. Buyer then stated that they would still like the dress and would be willing to pay the full amount after all, but I felt uncomfortable with the sale at this point. Before I could respond, buyer then sent me the money unprompted which made me more uncomfortable due to the lack of communication. I refunded them the payment and stated I could not continue this transaction. I am leaving a neutral feedback as opposed to negative as I do see the user has joined the site fairly recently and is most likely new to the process, I just do not feel comfortable going forward with the transaction at this time.
